MY JOB!
I have watched much, and have always wanted to make changes in what I see going on, when it comes to how people have worked with the horses, and how they ride.
After I created Horse Holiday Org. as a non profit Organization, I had huge ideas, as to what I thought would be happening, since Our Program would now really be known for helping people.
Boy --was I wrong! I got a slap in the face by a WAKE-UP-CALL!
I slowly discovered that a not-for profit 'CORP' was just another word --for BUSINESS!
I was told by Mr. Dennis Darling in Harrisburg --to be SURE to tell people that 'We are an Idealist Org'.
I NEVER forgot his words, yet didn't quite understand--yet!
Learning was a dissapointment! And --learn --I did!
The truth IS the TRUTH, and I am afraid that most only know what is being presented to them.
The following CHARTS expose what I have learned, and what I have tried to accomplish --without all the HH Details of our HOW-TO.
You WILL get the idea as to what I have been working so hard to do over the past TEN YEARS! [2000 to 2010]
Those years also include a cirriculium for our own 'Fresh Start' Program --which includes teaching riding from scratch, starting horses, the Safety n Survival Program, and the intro to working with difficult situations, and individual issues.
This will be non-ending process.
