What is a 'natural' horse?

What were we born to be? Do we even remember?

Why was the horse placed here for humans? Does the horse know why?

I believe the horse was placed here to help humans --throughout human lives.

Horses have been so helpful throught history, yet we can see in their eyes of photos passed down, that the horse has been victim to human control issues. This is still true today.

We were given dominion over the animals--? Why was that so all encompassing?

Look at all the horse has been through. The torturous work as they worked themselves --even to death.

They carried soldiers who fought, and were brutalized themselves.

The horse has been used in the film industry for affects, and real horses were run-under wagons because they could not keep up with 'the others' on the team --just for affects. Who started all this? Who stopped this abuse? No one. We have allowed horses to be USED in any way humans desired, and the horse gave their all --for humankind alike.

To set aside all their history, and all that has been passed down about 'breaking horses' and riding the broncs etc etc. WE/I have looked into the heart of this animal, as well as explored others in their attempts to show the hearts of other animals, wild or otherwise.

Horses have been part of a family, and that upbringing --I experienced and observed with my own home raised horses --for over 40 years.

I saw the family unit, and how they worked together, how they respected their elders, and made room for the young to get to the feed. There was no pushing or greed, only perhaps for a moment, and as they saw the young ones from the corner of their eyes, they would simply walk away to a different pile waiting for them.

I have seen and understand their play, their integrity, their awesome spiritual connections, there for any who could view life as they do. They will share their hearts and spirit with those of like mind and heart. They know good from bad. They easily recognize a phoney, or a coward, or bully, or a strong willed ego-oriented person.

Their 'feel' is incredible. This 'feel is not touch' --as we know it. Their 'feel' is purly in spirit. They 'feel' --with their heart, something like the human feel --of loving someone. Feel is so simple, and humans complicate it. Horses 'keep it simple'!

There is an overwhelming 'feeling to be ONE with nature, when learning about this magnificent animal.

Horses are here to help us, to teach us what they know intuitively.

Human minds are so cluttered --they make horses fragmented, sort of mentally crystalized -- ready to shatter when it comes to communicating with a human.

No wonder the horse craves remembering what natural is.

Their eyes tell it all, and too many can NOT see what the horse is trying to tell them. This is so vital in the world of human need.

Therapeutic necessities are finally appreciating horses more --and now people want to know more about them. Even so, there is so much left out of the equine therapeutic experience for humans.

There is so much to learn from the horse that it warps human mind-set.

The complexities --of being human, simply bypass what is so natural.

We must remember what we were born to be, and to respect the other species and what they were born for.
