We have three [3] original websites:

We work to equal all our work --to helping in '5 ways'

We work with 'The 5-WAY-WIN' for all concerned.

1.) The client wins --they get help

2.) The horse wins --because they are treated mutually and with equal respect.

3.) Our Programs wins, because we will be training new Our Programs Consultants [HHC], who work in complete trust [and contract] to give back to HH 2% of the monies they earn within the program.

4.) The Our Programs Consultant [HHC] wins because they get the funds to actually do this work. This means that their earned fees are to be split three ways --for the horses, the property, and the last 1/3 is actual pay to the HHC.

5.) Property owners win because property is kept up --with the 1/3 fee.

Examine the above: This will be the basis for heart-felt people to do work --helping others, and as you can see, we do NOT SPEND whatever monies we get on things like payroll or buildings so that what is left over, can be split up to ONLY 10% of any non-profit org. PROFIT helps clients!

In my eyes, the above --is not as it should be --or could be.

A.) Big business --is bottom line oriented.

B.) Non Profit business-only has to spend 10% of their profits on helping needy people. This also includes grant income and donations. This also means that CEO's can POCKET whatever they can --to leave a smaller margin of profit that must be split down the 10%. For all those people who have donated their hard earned money to HELPING PEOPLE IN NEED --we believe that their donations should NOT go to pad the pockets of CEOs. or other staff.

Our Programs ORG. --believes there should be ONE MORE CATEGORY --that we might be starting:
